Returns & Replacements
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases – and if you are not, our 30 Day no quibble return policy could not be easier. Simply return your unwanted purchases in the same condition within 30 days and whatever the reason, we'll reimburse you with a full refund. Viewing Orders
Viewing Orders Before you checkout, you can review any order you make by clicking on the “My Basket” tab, located at the top right hand corner of the page. There, you can make any changes to your order as is necessary. After you have placed your order, you can review the status at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Orders” tab, located in the “My Account” menu on the left hand side of your own personalised account page. If you have any problems or require any changes to your order, please get in contact with us over the phone or at sales@coronet-lighting.co.uk, and we'll do our best to assist. .
Updating Account Information
Once you've registered your account, you can easily update your account information at any time. Log into your account, and you'll be taken to your dashboard, where you can control and update your account whenever you need to.

You'll find a variety of options on the left hand side of the page, under the “My Account” tab. customer service dashboard



If you click on the Address Book you can open a page where you will be able to add multiple shipping address add address



You can view your past and present order my clicking on the "My Orders" tab view orders



Also you can make amendments to your newsletter subscription under "Newsletter Subscription" newsletter subscription edit



And don't forget to save any changes you have made by clicking the 'SAVE' button below the forms on the right hand side of the page.
